There IS SUCH A THING AS a Teacup/Miniature pom and they are very common in Usa but rare here in UK.
My puppies all pass of great bill of health with our local reputable vet who has been in the Area for many many years!He always comments how perfect my puppies are!So to accuse miniture breeders of selling runts is ridiculous!A 6ft 3 dad and a 6ft 2 mum will likely produce a 6 ft offspring.Likewise...a 4ft set of parents are likely to produce a 4ft offspring!It is by these obvious breeding methods that we get small pups!Its called Genetics..and hardly rocket science!
Our dads are tiny(around 3 Lbs..which is under the "KC" weight for a pom..hence could not be shown!)I do not advertise my puppies for show and strictly state they are pet only.There bloodlines are exceptional with many KC crufts champions throughout.We keep the small mums and dads so therefore often produce smaller offspring also.
The Only Way is Essex now has a cream mini pom on....I hear she bought this from the USA.
Just because mini poms have nt reached the UK yet does nt mean they dont exist!There are many miniature dogs!
Breeding poms is simply a hobby to me and therefore I have no need to charge extortionate prices!

Standard Pom sizes are 4 Lbs to 8Lbs..Ours will be under 4 Lbs!(approx 0.5 Lbs when born)
(Obviously we cant guarantee that all will be under 4 Lbs...but we will advertise any bigger ones as such!Our last litter was only 3Lbs fully grown!)

Personally I find DL much more professional and they do actually come out and check breeders
